My professional experience as a general manager in hotels belonging to the Best Western, Ibis, and Mercure brands gives me a focused view of the opportunities involved in acquiring and selling hotel locations, as well as an understanding of the requirements of international hotel brands.
I have accompanied the acquisition of hotel locations and the processes involved in the transfer of real estate and rental agreements from initial contact to final signing – backed by a strong network in the international hotel industry and specialists with industry experience.
